I am a transplanted native of the Southwest United States.I moved to the Northwest from the West Texas/Southern New Mexico area in 2001 and have called Oregon home ever since. I am licensed by the State of Oregon (license number 10751) to practice therapeutic and relaxation massage. A graduate of Portland's EastWest College of the Healing Arts, I perform traditional Swedish massage complemented with myofascial release, deep tissue, movement therapy, polarity therapy, Reiki and Native American massage and drumming techniques for a truly unique massage experience.

Aside from running my own thriving practice at Four Winds Restorative Grounds, I also provide relaxation, therapeutic and medical massage to the patients at Cascade Chiropractic and  Wellness in inner SE Portland one day per week.

I am experienced and adept at performing massage for persons with various medical needs (pregnancy, paraplegics, amputees, persons afflicted with Multiple Sclerosis, scoliosis and other treatable conditions), as well as providing therapeutic massage for athletes ranging from marathoners, power lifters and high-school level athletes all the way up to octogenarian golfers.

I make it my personal goal to treat each client with individualized attention and respect and strive to make each person's massage everything that they want it to be and nothing that they don't want it to be!
