LaShawnda is skillful and compassionate. Utilizes her knowledge of anatomy to personalize the massage to your specific pains and needs. She has been extremely helpful on my rehabilitation and is a delight to have conversations with if you are the talking type during therapy. I would even more stars if there was an option. Because of her meticulous care I can work again with no pain in my lower back, and I have resumed my Spartan competition training.
