Over the decade and a half that Kira has been in practice, she has developed a style that she describes as “listening”. It is her intention to provide her clients with the space to disconnect from the internal chatter and slip into that zone where they can acknowledge the body’s inherent intelligence and desire for wellness. In other words, she wants to konk you out and send you to your happy place, even while addressing injury-specific or chronic issues. Kira has extensive practice and experience with prenatal and postpartum massage, Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese abdominal massage), Reiki, structural bodywork and hot stone massage. Using a blend of techniques woven into a Swedish massage that is as firm as it is gentle, Kira looks forward to meeting each client exactly where they are and engaging their body in the wonderful conversation that is therapeutic massage.
