Wow, my treatment was yesterday but I left in such a state of bliss I think I am still absorbing it all. This was my first Ashiatsu treatment and I loved it. The whole experience was so grounding and I felt like I was able to relax so much easier. The skill and pressure was more than I could have imagined, focused pressure was really great. So many things I am realizing from the treatment but it was all so well practiced I didn't notice until I started thinking about it later. From the little, mint oil heated pillow under my neck, the overall attention I am sure there is so much more but my experience was so great, I can not wait to go back. Thank you Katherine!
