Kate received her massage license in Holistic Massage Therapy from Namaste Institute in Rockland, Maine in 2011. There she gained experience in many bodywork modalities, gaining expertise in Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Swedish Massage techniques. She later studied Traditional Thai Bodywork from a variety of highly trained professionals, and traveled to Thailand in 2019. Each massage experience is made unique for you by incorporating a variety of techniques such as trigger point therapy, stretching, cupping and scraping, active release and gentle rocking. Kate’s massage will calm busy minds, relieve aches and pains and help support your immune system, so you can stay vibrant and healthy all year long.

Kate is a Portland, Maine native. She received a bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Asian Religion and Environment. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking, and live music.
