Jillian Smith, LMT

Jillian is a Maine state licensed massage therapist, Reiki Level Two practitioner, and a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).  She completed the 600-hour Therapeutic Massage Therapy Program at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. Jillian's training included extensive Anatomy, Physiology, and Kinesiology courses as well as several massage therapy modalities. Jillian is experienced in Deep Tissue Technique, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and Postural Analysis. 

Over the years, Jillian has developed a unique style of therapeutic massage, intuitively combining Swedish, Myofascial, and Deep Tissue techniques to achieve resullts.
