Pelvic Floor Manual Therapy

One modality I've specialized in is pelvic floor manual therapy, especially for perinatal folks and for the queer and trans community. The core of my ongoing training is through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, though I try to broaden my experience with other instructors and approaches whenever possible.

Prenatal & Postpartum Bodywork

As a birth and pregnancy professional, it should be no surprise that prenatal and postpartum clients make up about half of my clientele. I've done extensive continuing education around the perinatal period, and bring it all together for my clients. This work is primarily housecalls, to increase accessibility and ease.
