My goal for massage is therapeutic and pain relief based. Massage is like solving a puzzle of the body, each persons body is  different  and unique so every massage should be customized to the individual to figure out what is causing their pain.  In my practice I blend many styles and techniques to tailor the session to each clients needs.  I lean more towards deep tissue, sports, joint manipulation and self care side of the spectrum, while incorporating relaxation. My focus will always be on you and our task at hand during the massage, but I do enjoy a good laugh and connection with my clients.
