Professional training and personal experiences have been the building blocks of my massage practice. Ten years of providing massage have allowed a broad understanding of my clients and their conditions. As an LMT, I draw from my extensive training in human anatomy, physiology and various massage techniques.

I have previously served as a nurses assistant and am proficient at addressing acute injuries stemming from auto accidents and chronic pain resulting from long term misalignment. In addition, I've worked with many athletes and the multitude of injuries they present. My path in the health care field has been an exciting journey, and I feel very fortunate it has led me to a holistic world of Massage Therapy.

My clients benefit from my functional approach. For example, my massage sessions typically include active and passive stretching, exercise instruction and a discussion of the importance of nutritional support. The therapeutic modalities I specialize in include deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, and temporomandibular joint / TMJ techniques.

As a practitioner my strength is listening to the client. My skill as a massage therapist lies in my intuitive ability to focus much needed attention on problem areas while addressing the body as a whole. My style is deep yet gentle enough to promote relaxation while getting to the root of chronic pain with highly effective healing results. My love of the outdoors and personal experience as a mom, marathon runner, and backpacker allow me to relate to clients at all levels of fitness and athletic ability.

Did you know? If you've recently been in a car accident, your PIP insurance will cover chiropractic care, acupuncture, and massage therapy for up to a year. It's very important to not let a fixable situation linger in the case of even minor trauma to the spine, so be sure to get the treatment you need!

Diane is the best ever! I have had a continuing shoulder/neck issue and she has been very important in the rehab process. I’m feeling there will be an end to the discomfort!

Diane is always attentive to my needs. She goes the extra mile to provide me suggestions for exercises and other therapies to help me after our sessions. She truly cares.

I was referred to Diane who wS able to make time for me. As a new client to her, I was so impressed with communications throughout my session. She applied all the pressure I needed and really made the effort to fully understand my muscles tightness, knots, and pain. I was so sad when the hour ended. You can tell when a therapist has magic hands and is extending their compassion as they find those knots and make them just melt away. Amazing massage and some sound advice to adjust my exercise regimen to improve my outcome.

I've worked with Diane for many years, and each time I'm again amazed at how much she helps me heal muscular-skeletal tightness and improve my strength and flexibility.

Diane is an excellent Massage Therapist. I went to her with a severe muscle spasm in my back and her work on my back was super helpful. She even provided a lot of tips on what I can do to continue to recover at home. She is very courteous, timely and pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I am a massage therapist. I owned a clinic in San Francisco for almost two decades. I have hired a hundred therapists and have probably had a thousand massages. Diane is easily in the top 10% of massage therapists. Her work is deep but never too deep. She obviously cares tremendously for her client’s needs as well as her own professionalism. I am very careful with whom I refer to but I would, without hesitation recommend Diane’s work. And I will be back for sure.
