I like to focus on either relaxation or myofascial and neuromuscular massages. I have work with an Olympian and NFL player in the past as I am highly interested to work with individuals who are motivated and focused on improving range of motion, muscle tension or injury recovery. 

My sessions include a postural assessment and a mindful massage based on your level of hydration and ideal pressure that you would like to receive.
Communication through out the massage is KEY, so feel free to mention...
