Aradia is a massage therapist and the owner of Body Aware Massage. She grew up in Eugene, where she completed her massage therapy training in 1998. Since receiving her license, she has completed thousands of hours of additional training. She studied yoga in India, Thai massage in Thailand, and was a staff therapist at PuraVida Spa in Costa Rica. Aradia is a massage therapist and the owner of Body Aware Massage. She grew up in Eugene, where she completed her massage therapy training in 1998. Since receiving her license, she has completed thousands of hours of additional training. She studied yoga in India, Thai massage in Thailand, and was a staff therapist at PuraVida Spa in Costa Rica. In 2010, Aradia settled in Portland and found her ideal practice at Body Aware Massage, a holistic massage and wellness studio in the Alberta Arts District. As Body Aware has grown, Aradia has mentored new LMTs to hone their skills and grow thriving practices of their own.

Aradia's vision for Body Aware was to create the kind of place she would want to work. A team of empowered and supportive therapists dedicated to the highest quality client care.

Aradia is strong and intuitive therapist. Her sessions are deeply relaxing and deeply therapeutic. She practices a style that is uniquely her own and draws from a wide variety of techniques.

Her specialities include: Ashiatsu Barefoot Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Spa Treatments, Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Tool Assisted Mysofascial Release, and treatments for auto accidents and injury recovery.

Aradia is the only massage therapist you'll ever need. I started going to her after the birth of my kiddo, who's now 6. I didn't think I'd ever recover from the pain I had after childbirth, but she proved me wrong with her amazing skills and healing abilities. It's always a wonderful, calming, relaxing healing experience. I notice the difference immediately, and she's wonderful at working with whatever your massage needs are.
