The only thing I didn't like was the pain I experienced holding yoga poses, and afterwards, including the next day -- sore all over! Not Anna's fault, of course. My older body just can't abide yoga anymore, it seems.

I had a wonderful experience both times I went to see Anna at InnerStellar Bodyworks. It's on the second floor of a quaint house. In the winter, she keeps this spacious room cozy and warm, with drapes which add to a feeling of being cocooned inside -- perfect for a massage! I prefer moderate-pressure massages focused on relaxation and Anna's massages are really powerful and soothing all at once! The blend of reiki plus massage is amazing! Both times, I felt fully relaxed and restored. Thank you, Anna! I highly recommend InnerStellar Bodyworks for anyone seeking a mind-body-spirit experience!
