Alice Palmeri was born in New York City and has lived in Oregon for the past 22 years. She earned her degree from the National College of Natural Medicine in 2007. She has advanced training in orthobionomy, structural integration, muscle energy technique, shiatsu, postpartum/pregnancy, and pediatric therapy. She practices as a licensed massage therapist in Portland Oregon. As a bodywork practitioner, she loves working with her clients to help them gain balance physically, emotionally, and energetically. Her experience has lead her to focus on whiplash recovery, pain management, headache and migraine relief, and pregnancy and postpartum care. Alice aides clients with pain due to motor vehicle accidents (MVAs) and concussion. Alice has a family practice. Children and expectant mothers are an important part of her focus. She uses techniques to help children sleep better, relieve anxiety, improve ADHD symptoms, support healthy body image, and improve gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation and incontinence. For expectant or postpartum mothers, massage can help relieve common discomforts and support changing bodies.
