In my practice create a safe therapeutic space for each of you – working to facilitate the body’s natural healing mechanisms and support your wellness journey. Using a blend of Eastern, Western, structural and energetic approaches, I work with you to tailor each session to address your individual needs and goals, within your boundaries and comfort level. 

Each session will begin with a conversation, of where you are and where you would like to be. I seek to help you rediscover yourself by bringing you back into your body; with new awareness and with new understanding
