After years of nonprofit work and sitting in a cubicle all day long, I knew I needed to drastically change my career path. I decided that while helping myself and working on my own wellness, I could also be of service to others. I decided that while helping myself and working on my own wellness, I could also be of service to others. On a whim, but knowing it was the right path, I enrolled in Oregon School of Massage and completed my certification a year and a half later. My style blends Swedish, Deep Tissue (with Trigger Point Therapy), Shiatsu and Myofascial Release, but I perform other types of massage such as Hot Stones, as well. I am also a First Degree Reiki practitioner and can incorporate this energy work into massages if desired. I have my own studio in the middle of the Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. When I am not in my studio, my I can be found walking my new Papillon puppy around this awesome city with my husband, an IT Geek.
