A lifelong fascination with the body and mind - and the desire to make her own function optimally - led Manda to massage therapy. She founded Bright Life Bodywork in 2015 to help others find ease in their bodies and minds as well.
Manda provides bodywork that is tailored to each individual client's needs, with a focus on myofascial bodywork. She holds a CAMT certification through studies with Til Luchau's Advanced Myofascial Techniques program.

Manda was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to inquire about my pain points and come up with a plan for the massage and gave lots of good pointers at the end on things I can do at home to manage my especially tight areas. Would definitely recommend her.
