I draw on a variety of techniques from deep tissue and orthopedic cupping to gentle swedish in order to meet the client where they're at on any given day. I bring 18 years in bodywork, 10 years experience as a professional dancer, and an ever growing curiosity in learning about the body and how it heals, into a collaborative working relationship with each client. Joseph is a true professional. He was able to help focus the session on the main trouble areas and walked away feeling more relaxed and with less pain in my neck, shoulders and lower back.
Love that he uses shea butter and natural oils that aren’t full of toxins and unknown chemicals - which is a bonus!

Joseph took time to understand my injury and I felt quite confident he then knew why I was experiencing the pain and soreness. For the first time in five days after my massage, I was able to get up and sit without the aching I had been experiencing. He worked out the muscle spasms and my back has remained back to normal since I saw him.
