I draw on a variety of techniques from deep tissue and orthopedic cupping to gentle swedish in order to meet the client where they're at on any given day. I bring 18 years in bodywork, 10 years experience as a professional dancer, and an ever growing curiosity in learning about the body and how it heals, into a collaborative working relationship with each client. Joseph did an incredible job of tailoring the session to my needs. I really appreciated his thoroughness, including taking the time to go through my history and preferences. Joseph did a very thorough intake. The massage was excellent. He is very skilled in finding the knots that were causing me discomfort. The room was at the perfect temperature for me and I felt relaxed throughout.

Long time client and mostly get massages for relaxation but sometimes show up with an injury and Jospeh is really good at listening to me to understand what hurts as well as coming up with and executing a massage plan that leaves my body feeling so much better afterwards. Prior to my most recent massage my neck was really stiff and painful and I had limited range of motion. Joseph massaged it and I had immediate relief. Highly recommend!
