I specialize in Biodynamic Massage and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, utilizing resources developed through the study of various lineages of craniosacral therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, Thai massage, and Zen Shiatsu. My bodywork practice is rooted in my personal meditative practice, where a development of deeper equanimity and presence are the guideposts for working with the unfolding moment as it arises. With that inspiration, our sessions will unfold with a curiosity around what's possible, supporting the nervous system as we explore new ways of unfolding, releasing, relaxing and nourishing your being as we learn to deeply inhabit the present moment together. Eric always listens to what I'm coming in for. I only see him about 3 or 4 times a year, especially when my my back and legs scream for help. But when my massage is done I can immediately feel the difference. The whole experience is a warm, relaxing, soothing atmosphere. I have already scheduled two more appointments with Eric not just because he's skilled and very professional, but he's a really nice guy.
