I am a certified health coach with the best nutrition and health experts in the nation at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition based in New York City.  I have studied over 100 different dietary theories to understand the diversity of options for integrating diet and nutrition practices for each bio-individual's unique needs.
I coach clients to recognize their own body's bio-chemistry so they can develop new diet and food habits for best health in a very gradual sustainable way.
I am trained in NLP and a certified Usui/Tibetan/Karuna Reiki master and practitioner.
I work with a practice called The Way Of The Heart to work in the electro-geomagnetic zeropoint field to reprogram the information in the field so a person can create new more desirable programs for better health and relationships.
I worked selling real estate on the Oregon coast for 18 years while raising my wonderful daughters and enjoyed all the beauty that area has to offer.
