Cait's exploration of massage started out largely as a tool for personal growth and transformation, and she is deeply grateful for the grounding, balance and presence that the work has brought to her life. As she has deepened into the grounding presence of her practice, she has also refined her therapeutic touch through various styles and techniques.
In 2011, Cait graduated from the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork. In addition to the Structural Integration series (similar to Rolfing), she was drawn to the holistic view of the body, mind and emotions offered at the school. Since then, she has completed both beginning and advanced Thai Massage trainings through Ritam Healing Arts, and has adopted that style as her primary focus. While she tends to incorporate techniques and perspectives from many different modalities in her sessions, Cait finds that a Thai Massage format enables her to offer a deeply therapeutic session that also leaves her clients feeling relaxed, open, and grounded.
