Hey, I'm Beth! I moved to Oregon from New Haven, Connecticut in February 2015 after graduating from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in December 2013. In my time in the wonderful field of massage therapy I have had an array of experience which includes tutoring and being a teaching assistant at CCMT, working in an amazing wellness center back east, and being part of a team at a local chiropractic clinic here in Portland.

I see every client as an individual and enjoy working on concentrated areas where you feel pain due to overuse or injury using various modalities to create a custom session specific to your needs. This can include trigger point therapy, energetic healing, myofascial release, massage cupping, and sports massage, as well as other techniques. I will help you troubleshoot what might be causing pain and discomfort in the body and discuss ways to make small adjustments that create greater results.

When not in the treatment room, you can find me knitting, sharing bits of knowledge recently learned from a podcast, playing table top games, or hiking around this lovely state saying, "Oh wow...this is gorgeous."
