Beth made some helpful recommendations with regard to some ongoing pain I’ve been having. She listens to you and asks questions to better target problem areas.

Beth is friendly and very good at what she does. She's the best massage therapist I've ever had. The heated massage bed is a plus too!

It was nice to be able to have a massage that dealt with specific areas of discomfort, that was also relaxing.

As a new client, I felt heard and concerns were validated. Beth asked in-depth questions which enabled her to focus on my areas of concern. She shared her assessment after and gave great guidance on what I could do/what to avoid prior to my next session. Her experience and knowledge was evident. A very positive experience!

Have been to Beth on 2 occasions so far and booked for a 3rd massage...she’s incredibly knowledgeable about the workings and interactions of muscle tissue, facia, etc! I’ve gotten wonderful results in my back, shoulders and hips - she is thorough, takes her time with clients, and provides a very relaxing and comfortable environment. Highly recommend!!

Had terrific experience and won't hesitate to visit again...

I came in with severe muscle spasms in my lower back and depressed because I couldn't run. Beth was able to relieve the pain through massage in a one hour visit. I was able to return to running within a few days and have not experienced any pain while running or all other daily activities. I highly recommend Beth for her exceptional skills and professionalism. Thanks, Beth!!! Rodger Smith
