Jon is very informative. He share each movement he’s doing and why. Not only is he helping my pain, but he’s also educating me on why I may be in pain and how I can continue to help heal myself even at home and/or traveling.

Jon Hart is nothing short of a genius. As someone living a very active lifestyle and with a past as an NCAA D1 athlete, I have seen countless health practitioners for a number of sports related injuries over the years. In that field of professionals, Jon clearly stands out. His ability to help me, and willingness to provide context of my injuries has made a huge positive impact on my health and ability to continue living a very active lifestyle. I can warmly recommend Jon and his team to anyone who cares about their health and wellbeing.

This having been my first structural massage, Jon made me feel so comfortable. He was constantly informing me of what he was doing and why, which is so helpful! A huge part of the healing process for the body is understanding the anatomy and why there are issues in the first place. Not only did Jon help remove pain, he set me up with the information and awareness to continue helping my body heal in the way it needs it most.

Absolutely amazing work. Jon's understanding of the body and how it gets "stuck", and more importantly how to "unstick" it to promote a healthy balance is unmatched. I literally walked away much better with a far greater understanding of my own body. Thanks again so much.
