I have been in the massage industry for over twenty two years. I work with Dr. Brian Lane at Cornerstone Chiropractic. I have experience in several styles of massage that incorporate Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai massage, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, Bamboo, and Cupping (a new kind of cupping therapy).


Some of my disciplines include working with traumatic brain injuries, stroke, neck, shoulder, plantar fascittis and sciatica issues, cancer patients, pre-natal, pain and deep relaxation treatments. ...

I enjoy working with clients of all shapes and sizes that want to feel better, have more energy, and relieve stress.

I have worked with professional athletes including NBA player Horace Grant (Chicago Bulls) and professional body builder Les Nagi (a former Mr. Colorado). I have also worked with actress Monica Potter (Parenthood, Patch Adams) and best selling author Dr. Wayne Dyer (The Power of Intention, Change Your Thoughts - Change Your Life). 

I am also a yoga teacher and therapist and have traveled the world to places like India, Thailand, Peru, Ecuador, and Costa Rica to study a wide range of wellness modalities, including intensive training in holistic centers like Kripalu Center & the Omega Institute.

Of all the disciplines and healing arts out there, it was Yoga that made the deepest and most lasting impact on my life.
