Hi, my name is Tim Grezlik, LMT, CCT, CHC.  I have a passion for helping people reach their goals through diet, exercise, coaching utilizing my Honorary Strength and Conditioning degree, and most recently, Bodywork and Massage.  I am one of 20 people in the world certified in Swe-Thai massage and I compliment your SWE-THAI experience with a negative-pressure cupping massage (NO cupping marks) to come from compression of tissues with a massage and ending by lifting the tissue and open space at the joints.  I am always striving to fix issues, help manage pain through identifying perpetuating factors and I created Tropical Massage & Bodywork to bring this expertise in a fashion that relaxes you just as much as rejuvenates you.  Welcome to the new you.
