Therapeutic massage can relieve chronic or temporary pain
Though I'm skilled in many modalities, deep tissue, neuromuscular, and sports therapy are my specialties. With my deep understanding of muscle structure, once I have a base knowledge of the areas that are causing you pain, I can narrow it down, figure out which muscles need to be isolated and stripped in order to give your mind and body relief.

I had a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best I have had. The stretching technique is exactly what I need and I feel Steven is very knowledgeable and an excellent at what he does.

Steve is an excellent massage therapist. He has put a lot of time and effort into his work, and it shows. You can tell that he loves his work and really cares about doing a great job for his clients. I've been looking for years for a massage therapist to replace the one I went to for years who moved away. Now I've found him. I highly recommend Steve!
