I work on the lighter side of massage,specializing in stress relief and relaxation  I've always believed that pain has as much to do with the mind as well as the body. My goal is to calm the client's mind, so they do not focus so much what is going on with the pain and/or tension in their body.

I also do Hot Stone Massage.  The soothing heat along with the calming massage melts the stress away.

If you want to be adventurous and try something new,  I am also certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy.  It is a gravity-based massage done with the feet.  It is a
