Nancy's healing not only has to do with your wellness, but my wellness, too. To understand each other better, we have to know ourselves on a deeper level. This is what I have been doing for myself for the past 5 years. Creating interpersonal relationships is one of the keys to help us thrive. I create an opportunity for us by providing massage. 

When you come in to get bodywork, I encourage you to be aware of all aspects of you - physical, emotional, mental & spiritual. Since going on my own massage journey, I have learned about how emotional pain can get trapped in the body, resulting in aches, pains and restrictions. I didn't realize this was affecting all other aspects of my life, so naturally I felt stressed and unhappy.

Sometimes we take our body for granted and forget to acknowledge that we are a living being that needs to feel healthy and loved. Because when you do, you use your body to its full potential, and that is when happiness and good health begins to take over your life.
