Ingrid has been practicing Therapeutic Massage since 1994. She has seven years experience working under Medical Doctor's supervision  in a Physical Therapy environment.   She is comfortable working with: children, pre-natal massage and the fragile elderly.  Ingrid employs Neuromuscular, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Cranial Sacral, Energy Work and Relaxation techniques in her Routine Therapeutic Treatments.  Ingrid specializes in: resolving chronic pain issues, getting to the root cause of a problem and creating treatment plans to fit your budget!  She is creative in her approach, has excellent listening skills and is detail orientated.

As a Massage Therapist, Ingrid has developed: a Client Centered, Eclectic and Intuitive approach.  Based on each client’s unique needs, she incorporates several different massage modalities and uses, "Positive Intention" to match the clients desired "Therapeutic Outcome".  She is, "Spiritually Acclimated" and believes the, "Body, Mind and Spirit" can regain a "Natural State of Balance" through: Integrative Body-Work, Gentle Coaxing and Client Education. 

In addition to Massage Therapy, Ingrid has a B.S. degree with a: Major in Training/Development and a Minor in Human Service.
