I believe that each individual requires a little something different so I make it my goal to incorporate different techniques that I have learned to create that perfect session for each one of my clients.

In addition to completing the Holistic Program at Spa Tech Institute I returned to take the Deep Tissue Program which furthered my education on the entire anatomy of the human body. It also taught me special techniques on how to release those deep muscles that are difficult to get to. A few years after graduating I began to take interest in reflexology. I was told about the International Institute of Reflexology and I signed up immediately. It was so amazing to learn that everything in the body is somehow connected to the feet. Now I have been practicing reflexology for several years and the results that my clients get are absolutely amazing.
