Rosa earned her master's degree in Integrative Health from Georgian Court University. Her goal is to help clients improve their quality of life and find the best version of themselves via a series of self-care practices that incorporates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. She works with clients to help them achieve a more balanced lifestyle through personalized health and wellness coaching programs. In addition to being an integrative health coach, Rosa has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007, when she was introduced to the holistic health field. Over the years, Rosa has received training in reiki, sound healing, holistic nutrition, cupping therapy, prenatal massage, therapeutic ultrasound, lymphatic drainage, the body-mind connection, among several other modalities.   


 In 2017, Rosa and her husband Zach established Akasha Holistic Health & Wellness.
