A Myomassologist is a therapist that is trained and certified in various healing techniques that include swedish, deep tissue and prenatal massage, reflexology, hot stone therapy, stretching, myofascial release, trigger/pressure point therapy, muscle mechanics, energy work and alternative medical treatments such as aromatherapy and herbology, in conjuction with education in nutrition, yoga, tai-chi and mediation. I am continuously learning new techniques and modalities to enhance my knowledge and further my practice.
I love what I do and I'm extremely passionate about it. I can honestly say that I practice what I preach. I watch what I eat, get massaged, exercise and stretch on a regular basis. I take pride in helping my clients to be as emotionally and physically relaxed, stress-free, pain-free and balanced as possible!
