I am a 26 year old female, myomassologist. I graduated with a diploma from Irene's Myomassology Institute, which is a 625 hour program. A myomassologist is a therapist that is trained and certified in various healing techniques that include swedish, deep tissue and prenatal massage, reflexology, hot stone therapy, stretching, myofascial release, trigger/pressure point therapy, muscle mechanics, energy work, aromatherapy, in conjuction with education in nutrition, yoga, tai-chi and mediation. I am continuously learning new techniques and modalities to enhance my knowledge and further my practice.
