Over the course of her career, Irene has earned certifications in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy/Trigger Point Therapy, and Therapeutic Cupping, among others. She is committed to lifelong learning, continually expanding her skills and staying current with advancements in the field to ensure her clients receive the highest quality care.

​In addition to her private practice, Irene shares her years of experience as an educator. She teaches massage workshops for individuals, couples, and aspiring therapists—ranging from treatment-focused training to fun date-night classes that help people connect through touch, all designed to make massage more approachable, practical, and deeply rewarding.

I've gone to many massage therapist over the years. I started seeing Irene last year and she by far has been one of the best I've gone to! She is warm, friendly, experienced and the environment is cozy!! I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Irene is always very professional and keeps the communication open so you can set the pace and understand what's going on in your body (where you're most tight). Plus the atmosphere is always calm and relaxing.
