It was invigorating and enlightening I highly recommend Melissa. But if you want to set a silent or minimal talk session, don't start talking too much. Melissa will follow your lead, as she should I suppose. I was filled with chatter and I probably would have had even better results if I had had kept it to a minimum.

Wonderful experience with Melissa! I had a 60 minute massage and a 10 minute reiki session. I felt very relaxed and my muscles felt loose afterward. Looking forward to seeing her again!
