I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. I have achieved my Associates Degree in Massage Bodywork through Rasmussen College in 2010. I currently practice in Minnesota. I have worked at a variety of places, such as a mom and pop shop to a high end salon. I have worked with a variety of clients, such as Professional Athletes, to someone suffering from Parkinson's Disease, which has helped my massage career in so many ways. I love this career in that there is always more to learn, with a growing consensus that the mind and body both coincide. Massage is a great way to relax both your mind and body. I want to be the person who helps balance the two, to get your body feeling great again. Most people don't even know how good their bodies can feel until they have had a good massage. Not to be mistaken, there are bad massages. People who are not properly trained can really hurt someone when practicing massage wrong. Know their credentials, where have they studied, how long have they practicing massage, really educate yourself. Your body is really good at telling you what need, you just have to connect and listen.
