Massage therapy is the systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of increased circulation of blood and lymph, pain reduction, relaxation and restoration of health and well being of the client. The Massage Therapy Program I completed at Schoolcraft College requires a full year of rigorous study of anatomy and physiology, a variety of massage modalities, and hundreds of hours practicing techniques in both classroom and clinical environments.

Kris is very kind, compassionate and skilled at massage therapy. Always a relaxing experience. She always asks and listens to any areas of concern (pain, muscle tightness, nerve issues etc) to focus on during the massage.
