My primary technique is a unique soft tissue treatment called The Bowen Technique. This technique originated in Australia and is starting to become more popular here in the states. Bowen offers amazing results in a number of different areas above and beyond muscle and joint issues. This non-invasive, fairly mild technique has proven to be more effective in less time than any other modality that I have used to this point.

My initial training was in Medical Massage in 2004. 

I went on to study and became certified in: 

• NeuroMuscular Release Therapy in 2008 and 2009
• NeuroStructural Integration Technique (NST) basic and advanced in 2013 and 2014
• NST - Essential TMJ in 2015
• Textbook Bowen in 2015
• Applied MyoSkeletal Technique in 2016

The combination of these techniques has become amazing even to me. Assessing and locating root cause has provided results that I was not able to achieve in the past. The assessments have proven that the pain is NOT always where the problem is, and that assisting in correction of the full body can help relieve muscle, joint and health problems in unexpected ways!

I enjoy ongoing education and training in muscle health as well as overall health. My family and friends take up most of my free time as we love to spend time outside enjoying nature, working in the garden, and just relaxing.
