Sometimes you just go to a massage therapist for just so they make you feel better. Ludwig’s approach was that but also much more. If you are looking to also be an active participant in your therapy session, this is definitely it. Communication was great and I left feeling very good and positive. My session had a 15 minute chi gong warm up which was very good for me since I do really need to stretch. I was also sent a video to help with my stretching as well so that I can integrate it into my daily routine. He is very mindful, attentive and intentional in his therapy. I really appreciate the session and recommend his service. He wants to help you feel better and move better from within as well.

Excellent at working out all the muscle tension. He shares his knowledge on how your body works/how things are tied together so you learn too.

Ludwig provided a great experience. He is down to earth and does a great job not just providing the service, but also explaining why he's doing a certain approach so I can learn more about my body. If you want to learn more, don't be afraid to ask!
