Competing in the masters field events allows me to keep my compoetitive drive. Coaching keeps me challenged and on point with sharing the importance of biomechanics for executing proper throws techniques. I am compassionate and proficient at everything I do. I taught massage therapy for over 10 years and alway encouraged students to "Be good at everything you do because one never knows who's watching what you do"
