Hello!

My name is Alison and I am a graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute. I am trained in a variety of techniques and modalities, with some of my specialties being sports massage, table stretching, and craniosacral therapy. I believe in total restorative care of the body and often include integrative holistic therapies in my sessions such as reflexology and cupping alongside targeted neuromuscular treatments. I have continued my massage therapy education by apprenticing at Irene's Myomassology Institute, and I continue to work with new massage modalities regularly, most recently with manual lymphatic drainage.

I keep physical fitness at the forefront to help with work and mental well-being by enjoying a mix of cardio yoga, dance, weight training, and hiking. My family and I love exploring Michigan and visit Metroparks and State parks often. I love hanging out with my kiddo, making art, and sipping coffee.
