This can be accomplished through deep tissue massage, trigger point work, sports massage, stretching, and myofascial work. While firm pressure tends to be my style, comfort and relaxation are important to me as well. I love working with clients to help resolve chronic pain among other issues, and will provide specific types of bodywork to meet those needs.
I also provide in home service so that you can remain relaxed after your massage, avoiding the hassle of driving.
