I like to use cupping in my practice when needed. I use this so that I don't have to use as much pressure to break up tension. This is good for both myself to save my hands and for the client to not be so sore because the cups break up the fascia without the pain.
CPR/AED
I am CPR/AED certified for the adult, child and infant. I am also first aid certified.

Doula
I became a Certified Doula in Feb of 2014 and have been to many births. I am also trained in pregnancy massage so this comes in handy with my doula services.
