Certified Massage Practitioner

Objective My objective is to find personal and professional satisfaction in assisting people to find Massage Therapy as a viable alternative for pain management, relaxation and stress relief. Accomplishments • Opened Kerry Matthews, Certified Massage Practitioner, March 1, 2016 • 8+ years of employment with Carrington College California • Appointed Acting Program Director on October 1, 2012 pending completion of Associates Degree in Business. Graduation Date 1/26/14 • Massage Therapy Program has been running successfully for the 11/2 years that I have been acting MT PD. • Collaborated on standardization of curriculum and ongoing evaluation of MT program progress, including graduation rates, retention, and employment after graduation. • Education Management Team member on campus • Helping to maintain and improve upon our core mission of serving the local communities with Post-secondary educational opportunities and guiding the students to gain relevant professional skills that will ultimately be used in the field of choice to gain employment. • Taking a leadership role in promoting the college through community outreach and service by participating in a variety of health fairs and charity events.
