Hi, my name is Heather. I've been a licensed massage therapist for just under nine years now. I've spent that whole time at a large franchise company where I have really been able to grow as a therapist and develop my own unique style. I studied massage at heritage college, doing a fourteen month program. I had the best instructors giving me all the tools and knowledge I needed to have a successful start to my career. I'm really looking forward to my new endeavors. There, I hope to eventually be able to add more modalities and techniques to make practice. I absolutely love using any type of heat. I'm always using hot towels and hot stones are by far my favorite tool to work with. I also specialize in swedish, migraine relief, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. I'd say I'm more of a deep relaxation, destressing type therapist but I'm completely capable of doing deep tissue as well. A couple of things I'm interested in learning more about are the benefits of essential oils and doing energy work. Overall, I truly love my job and I'm so grateful that I fell into this line of work. When I'm not working, I enjoy going on walks, hiking and cruising around in my jeep with the top and doors off, listening to my music. Well, that's all about me for now and I hope to see you soon.
