I use several modalities including stretch, traditional Swedish techniques, tapotement, deep tissue, and movement. I sometimes incorporate hot rocks, heating pads/ice, essential oils, and other analgesics. Every massage is custom tailored to meet you where you are now and to address your concerns.

Katey was late, the room was cold and she had not even read the online entry form I had to filled out. I received about 1/2 of a full body massage whereas the menu says full body massage. I would not recommend them.
