Born and raised in South Texas, I attended The North Texas School for Swedish Massage in Arlington, TX in the Spring of 2006, completing internship in the fall of 2007.

In 2012, after making my way back south, I was invited to a one year apprenticeship in Rockport, Tx where I was able to continue perfecting my craft.  During this time, I also developed Seaside Massage and Spa, an on site mobile massage business that offers therapeutic massage services in the comfort of my clients' homes, as well as chair massage for events and parties. 

In November of 2014, I relocated to Little Elm, Tx where I will continue to grow my mobile practice.  I am currently offering mobile massage to residents of Little Elm, Frisco and some surrounding areas (see "Services" page for more details about pricing).  

Growing up in a family with a long history of health issues (diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer, etc.), I learned the importance of preventative health care, as well as, a need to treat the body as a whole. My interests extend from developing better diet and exercise habits to nourishing and strengthening the body and cultivating practices that will help develop the mind and spirit. My passion is in the power of healing touch. It is a passion I know I am meant to share with others.?    I have expanded my services to include Certified Holistic Health Coaching so that I may better serve my ever growing clientele. These services will be added to my practice in the latter part of 2015.
