My name is Delance Toran and I truly have a passion for helping people. Through the use of massage, I am able to effectively promote healing throughout the body by using my hands. I have always enjoyed working with my hands, and to be able to help others with my hands is great. I got into massage not sure what to expect, but early on the feedback I was getting was remarkable. I started out being modest about my skill set, but now I am very confident. With a good understanding of human anatomy and muscle movement, I am able to effectively treat each individual according to their needs. Whether client has had vertebrae replacement, joint pain, athletes to mom to be, I have developed a method that focuses on maximizing relief. As my tagline says, "Working Through The Stress And Pains To Achieve Positive Gains," I truly work to achieve positive gains for each individual. My ultimate goal is to promote free movement to as many people as can. Free from stress, pain, and restricted movement.

Our services range from prenatal to sports massage, first timers, and those seeking the overall wellness benefits of receiving bodywork. Deep Tissue

This would be considered my specialty. From small and petite to body builders, I have developed a technique and style of practice that effectively provides deep relief for each client. The deep pressure applied is not and will not be the same for everyone. Something I have learned while practicing is that the anatomy of both male and female are the same. The difference is that everyone is uniquely made and the density of muscle and the bone structure varies per client. That being said, each massage session is catered to each clients needs.

Sports Massage

I first applied my knowledge of sports massage in school during clinical, were I spent nearly 80 hours working on the public. One of my first clients was a professional female body builder. She was the first to make me sweat during a session but I learned a lot from working with her. Since then I have worked on other body builders both male and female. I have worked on many cross-fitters and athletes of varying sports. As a former amateur and high school football player, working on football players is awesome for me. I have had the pleasure in working with some NFL players, o-lineman at that! I have worked marathon events as well, providing chair and table massages for runners.

Pregnancy

I have worked with prenatal clients within spa settings, at mom events, within my own practice, and upon my wife who has had our first child recently over a year ago. I have learned through my practice that moms to be prefer a firm pressure. I apply that pressure in a manner that is therapeutic and safe for mom and baby.
