Beyond massage, a Master of Science in Nursing, licensure as a Registered Nurse, and certification in health coaching add a clinical depth that informs every session with precision, safety, and care.
The approach here is best described as “relaxingly therapeutic” — a custom blend of myofascial work, deep tissue, active release, and pressure point therapy designed to deliver lasting results tailored to each individual. Prenatal massage and headache therapy are also areas of focused expertise.
At the heart of it all is a simple belief: self-care is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Regular bodywork can be the key to living up to your fullest potential, and every client deserves a caring, knowledgeable therapist who is genuinely invested in their wellbeing.
