Lauren explained what to do and what not to do perfectly clear. Worked on the problem spots, and did a phenomenal job.

Lauren was very kind, accommodating, professional and was able to work out the kinks and knots from my shoulders and neck. Will definitely return and recommend!

I have had massages many times before, but this was the most relaxed I have ever been during one. She asks what your problem areas are, then based on your answers, she designs a massages based on your needs, which is incredible. I definitely will be going back and I have already recommended my husband to go.

A friend of mine has recommended Lauren for years and now I understand why. I rarely get massages so this was a treat. She addressed my needs in a very calm and caring manner. I will definitely be back!

Highly skilled, personable, easy to work with, and completely gets each situation and knows exactly what to do. One of the higher end massage that you can find in the area. I drove 45 minutes and it was worth it

Lauren truly listens to you and your bodies needs. From targeting troubled areas that I mention to listening (or should I say feeling) into my bodies tense areas she really works to give results and release. I always leave feeling a release of my chronic pained areas and more relaxed.
